Legendary Entertainment has been a valued client since 2013 when we were fortunate to team up with FKA Design and Cresa Partners to construct their new headquarters on the 12th, 14th & 15th floors (110,000 SF) of The Pointe tower in Burbank. Legendary is a media company with film, television, digital and comics divisions and is best known for producing iconic movies such as The Dark Knight Trilogy, Godzilla, Pacific Rim, Jurassic World and the upcoming Kong: Skull Island. Their amazing success in the film industry commanded a state of the art facility that could support their technical, production and screening requirements. FKA designed a magnificent space encompassing design with all of the technical aspects. The result is a showcase office environment with perimeter executive offices, open concept interior work areas, collaborative assembly and meeting areas, interconnecting stair, two full service kitchen facilities and commissaries with supporting infrastructure fourteen levels below, cutting edge technical facilities including edit, audio mix and VFX viewing rooms, green photo shoot lab with Cyclorama back drops and a 50 person screening room.
